Recare at the AI Summit 2026 — from discharge management to AI champion for hospitals

Recare: a brand system that grows with digital health

How do you build a brand that keeps pace with a fast-growing digital health company? Recare develops AI-supported software that helps hospitals and care facilities with patient transfers. So far Recare operates in Germany, with clear plans for international expansion.

For Recare, a modular design system was developed that consistently unifies product communication and employer branding and gears them towards growth. A central building block is the brand architecture, which creates a clear structure for growing features that product teams can extend independently without losing brand consistency. The new system becomes visible, among other places, on the newly developed website, which consistently reflects the brand world as the central digital touchpoint.

In parallel, the employer branding was strategically realigned to attract talent in a highly competitive tech and healthcare market. The new brand identity not only supports recruiting processes but also strengthens internal identification and employee retention.

Growth Impact
  • A scalable brand system that prepares Recare for the planned international expansion
  • Fewer inconsistencies in brand and product communication thanks to a modular design structure
  • Stronger employer brand improving the candidate experience in tech recruiting
  • Faster go-to-market for new products and features through clear, reusable brand building blocks
